We're Emily and Izzy, photographer and celebrant, and the team behind Lovefool Elopements. We've spent years working alongside each other at weddings and elopements, and somewhere along the way we got pretty good at reading a room, reading each other, and making the whole thing feel exceptionally easy for couples getting married.
A destination elopement is choosing a sun-drenched terrace in Puglia over a function centre. A hidden laneway in Rome over a reception hall. A quiet coastline or a historic European town because that's where your story belongs.
Your legal ceremony happens in Australia before you leave, all the paperwork sorted and lodged. Then we come to you. You just show up, get married somewhere beautiful, and let us handle the rest.

After a successful 2026 Euro season, we’re gearing up to do it all again in 2027! We're beyond excited to announce that Lovefool Elopements is going on our second tour to Europe in 2027. Elopements, micro-weddings, lovers in lavender fields, slow mornings in stone villas - we want it all.
Imagine saying “I do” in the golden light of a European summer- on a sun-soaked terrace in Puglia, under pastel skies in Mallorca, or down a hidden laneway in Rome!
You’ll have both Emily & Izzy by your side, each capturing and crafting your story in their own way. So if you’re planning a Euro summer or know someone who is, please let us third-wheel your romance.

The timeline is completely up to you — whether you’d like something quick and relaxed or a little more time to wander, celebrate and take it all in. You choose the location and the feel of the moment, and we’ll help shape the timing around what matters most to you. We can guide you on the best time of day based on the light, the setting, and the kind of atmosphere you’re hoping for, so everything flows naturally and never feels rushed. The result is a ceremony that feels easy, personal and truly yours.

Izzy | Hitched by HazellIzzy from Hitched by Hazell will be your authorised marriage celebrant and key point of contact in the lead up and on the day of your elopement. She’ll guide you through the process for getting legally married in Australia before your destination ceremony, offer guidance on writing your vows, deliver a gorgeous ceremony and play host for any guests attending (she’ll even pour them a cheeky glass of champagne while Emily whisks you away to take your portraits)
Emily from Solis Stories will be your eyes behind the lens. Her style blends documentary grit with editorial polish, and she works with intention, hustle, and heart to capture photos that feel. She's all about getting stuck in, reading the room, and making sure you get images that are as bold, beautiful, and honest as your day deserves.

The cost of a destination elopement can vary depending on the location, travel, accommodation and the type of experience you want to create. Our destination elopement packages are designed to keep things simple by combining both photography and a celebrant, with the option to add extra coverage or experiences if you’d like to extend your day.

Absolutely. While many elopements are just the couple, some couples choose to invite a small group of family or friends. Our packages can be upgraded to a micro-wedding experience for celebrations with up to 30 guests.

Yes. We help design a timeline that works with the location, lighting and the type of experience you want for the day. This ensures your ceremony, portraits and any celebrations flow naturally while making the most of the destination.

Yes. We provide guidance and suggestions for beautiful ceremony and photo locations based on the destination you’re considering. This helps couples discover places they may not have found on their own.

Upon booking, you will recieve an invoice from us with the total base payment split into a three-part payment plan. Additional vendors or upgrades booked will be invoiced separately with the vendor.
